From Johor Bahru town and North-South Highway; follow signs to Kota Tinggi.
At Kota Tinggi, follow signs towards Mersing. Approximately 15 km from Kota Tinggi town, turn right at the Tg. Sedili signboard. Proceed for another 1 km and follow the Tg. Sedili signboard. Turn right at this 3-way junction and drive on for about 20 km till you see the Sedili Besar signboard and a 4-way junction.
Turn left into Sedili Besar and head towards the bridge spanning across the river.
After the bridge, you shall drive straight on for another 2 km till you see our Tanjung Sutera Resort boards.
Turn right up a slope into a narrow tarred plantation road to cover the last 4 km of distance.
